We prefer to qualify new customers face to face or over a video conference, so you get to know your new recruitment team properly and we get to meet yours.

Where we already have a relationship we’ll request a call to qualify any new vacancies and ensure we get off to the best possible start.

Time spent doing this right is rarely wasted.

We do this through a combination of detailed phone, video and face-to-face screening.  Technical testing is also soon to be available.


No more pointless notes on a CV – we aim to provide real insight so your time isn’t wasted in an interview.  We ask the questions people don’t expect us to, so that our notes are comprehensive and informative.  We can also provide short voice or video intros as part of our service to save you even more valuable sifting time.
