Role: SAP CAR Functional Consultant

Location: Nottingham

Salary: Up to £80,000 + 10% bonus

You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of 3 consultants, but don’t worry—you’ll also be part of a much wider SAP powerhouse of over 80 experts, all working with the latest SAP tech and methodologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Owning SAP CAR design through to implementation and build
Hands-on SAP CAR / POSDTA customisation & configuration
Writing functional specs & reviewing high-impact developments
Supporting SAP PMR for promotions management (because who doesn’t love a killer deal?)
Data modelling in a native HANA environment
Designing and integrating SAP & non-SAP systems
Owning the SAP CAR solution from start to finish
Working with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation

Who They’re Looking For – A Rule Breaker

They need more than just another SAP consultant—they’re looking for someone who thinks differently, innovates constantly, and thrives in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment. You MUST have:
Proven experience delivering SAP CAR POSDTA projects & support
The technical know-how to configure and enhance SAP CAR
The ability to translate complex tech speak into plain English
Confidence to influence key stakeholders and make sh*t happen
Bonus points if you’ve got: Experience managing global, multi-cultural teams and / or a background in SAP BW, SAP SD, or SAP Retail with POSDTA
