Alright, listen up. I’m on the hunt for a .NET Developer who’s ready to break the mould. I’m teaming up with a powerhouse software house that’s doing some seriously cool things in the health and pharmaceutical space. They’ve got offices all over the UK, Europe, and the States, but they’re all about results—no matter where you’re based.

You won’t just be writing code for the sake of it. You’ll be part of a team that’s building game-changing applications to find and educate patients who need treatment. You’ll help create nursing services that empower people to live their best lives, and you’ll have a direct impact on guiding healthcare pros to prescribe the right meds, every time.

Who Am I Looking For?

I’m looking for someone who’s got their head in the game. You’ve worked with internal and external stakeholders without breaking a sweat. You don’t hide from deadlines—you chase them down. The dev team is tight-knit, so while you need to be a team player, you also need to be able to fly solo when necessary.

This isn’t a beginner role. I need someone with solid commercial experience who can hit the ground running. But don’t freak out if you’re not a finished product—we’re after confidence in your abilities and a solid background in Full Stack Development.

Let’s be clear: I want someone who’s analytical, driven, and willing to push the boundaries. You’ll be working with some of the biggest external clients in the game, and you’ll have a chance to shape internal projects that will steer the company’s future.

Hybrid Working – Why Not?

Hybrid is the name of the game here. The team typically gets together in the office just one day a week—so if you live far away, no worries. As long as you’re happy to communicate and stay connected (and make it to the office once a month), this could be perfect for you. The offices are based in South Derbyshire.

What’s the Job Really Like?

You’ll be working with C#, the .NET Framework, and SQL Server. Your focus will be on client-driven projects, as well as enhancing and expanding current products. You’ll be developing tools that are literally shaping the healthcare landscape. This is about real impact—helping people quit smoking, manage their weight, and access the right healthcare.

We use ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC to build our app interfaces. If you know your way around those, you’re golden. But hey, if you’ve worked with similar frameworks or languages, I’m open to chatting. Experience can come in many forms.

What Skills do you need?

You’ll need experience with C#, the .NET Framework, WebForms/MVC, and SQL. Full-Stack Development is a must, along with strong communication and analytical skills. You should also have a solid background in Web Development, particularly with JavaScript.
