I’m working with a leading communications company within the tech sector, who are actively hiring for a Business Development Team Lead. With over 7 decades of experience, the company has evolved and shaped out to be a distinguished partner for smart building sensor technology. With this role, you’ll be involved in the following:

Spearheading the company’s business development initiatives.

Forging new relationships within the Smart Building and PropTech world.

Creating awareness with partners around hardware solutions in Energy, Occupancy and Environmental monitoring.

Developing strategies and leading your team towards adding value and recurring business.

It’s crucial that you have experience in either Smart Buildings, IoT or PropTech. A high level of market understanding will take you to the next level and allow you to use it at crucial business opportunities.

If you have a degree in Business, Technology, or related fields as such, this would be desirable.

It’s also important that you have a proven track record of successful business development, sales or partnership building within this field, as your creditability is essential.

The role is based in Nottingham, 5 days a week in the office (with some flexibility later) and you’ll be expected to travel to client sites for relationship building meetings, networking events etc.
