Role: Account Lead

Location: Solihull

Working Arrangement:  5 days/week in the office during probation, then 3 days/ week in the office

Salary: Up to £24,250 plus expected OTE £15k

Is building relationships something that you thrive on? Exceeding targets and working in a sales driven environment? If so, please read on.

You will be a highly motivated individual who will ideally have an understanding on what it takes to work within a sales environment. If you haven’t worked in a sales environment, before it is not an automatic disqualification, however you must have a basic understanding of building relationships with customers and what it entails.

You will be joining a small and collaborative team who are supportive and encouraging with each other. You will be given multiple warm leads to work with, this is not just an outbound selling role!!!

Communication is key as you will be an ambassador and face to the brand, you wont just be stuck behind a phone and will have the opportunity to meet with customers face to face.

What else is on offer you ask? There are opportunities to increase your pay with OTE through the revenue that you bring in. You get to finish early on a Friday as well as having 26 days holiday plus bank holiday. On top of that there is private medical insurance!!
