2nd Line Support Analyst (6 months FTC)
Go to work. Sit at your desk. Open service desk. Work through tickets. Go home. Repeat tomorrow.
I mean that’s okay. For some.
But not you.
Yeah, this is a 6 month FTC, but don’t let that put you off because you NEED to hear about where you’d be working.
They’re a sociable bunch, so let’s start with the on-site bar. And if that doesn’t take your fancy, there is always the pool table, the nerf guns AND the socials.
I can guarantee you will learn more in 6 months here than you would sitting and mundanely working through the same stuff day in, day out, somewhere else!

You’d be working on everything from deskside Office365 support, TCP/IP troubleshooting and networking, new hardware/software implementations, meeting room support and security/compliance.
Any experience in the Gaming industry would be a big plus.
An ITIL qualification isn’t necessary, but best practice and a high standard of work are, obviously, very important.
