Salary: £40,000 + benefits
You didn’t become a dev because you wanted to churn out the same stuff day in, day out.
You became a dev because you wanted to solve problems.
You wanted to create applications or solutions that made people fall in love with the ‘ordinary’ and the ‘boring’.
But for every company out there that offers autonomy and a space to really flex those creative muscles that you’ve worked so hard to build over the years, there’s about 10 others that just won’t get it.
Because they don’t get YOU.
This lot will.
They’re a collective of devs, project managers, designers, and one or two jack-of-all-trades that’ll be able to turn their hand to anything and everything.
Together, they’ve been developing applications since 2015…they’ve been doing it “properly” since about 2017.
Since then, they’ve helped redesign entire platforms for fledgling tech businesses and massive corporations alike, they’ve written over 100,000 lines of code, consumed an absurd amount of caffeine, and they’ve probably sunk about 250 hours into Super Mario.
Most importantly though, they’ve learned that when you’re part of a team that care about creativity there’s not really a lot that can stand in your way.
This isn’t just a place where people pop in from 9 to 5, sit in a couple of meetings, and then shove off home before they fall asleep at their desk.

There’ll be ample time to pick up new languages, frameworks, and other cool stuff during work hours – self improvement is a key part of their values, and they want you to feel like you’re developing yourself as well as applications for your clients.
Oh, and in case you were wondering; yes, I was serious about the lack of 9 to 5 stupidity.
