Ideal candidate: A HR Administrator with at least 12 months experience and a proactive, dynamic and fun personality!

This incredibly busy HR department is in need of someone with bags of initiative, previous HR experience and lots of confidence to join them.  Firstly, let me tell you a little about the company/culture...

This company is big, but still incredibly entrepreneurial.  That means growth, fast changing situations and a culture that relies on initiative rather than bureaucracy to get things done.  It's somewhere that hires incredibly driven and intelligent people, where there's always a huge project, development or company-wide initiative going on.  They have offices across the world, with individual teams often working across several time zones, so it's complicated, fun, busy and incredibly demanding all at the same time!  However, most importantly, it's somewhere that really rockets people's careers whether they stay for the ride longer term or eventually move on to pastures new.

This role will involve working with the HR Manager to help her manage various HR tasks coming through from different managers, teams and offices, mainly across the South.  You'll be based in Hayes pretty much full time with very occasional travel to other offices.  The role will involve a mix of HR Admin tasks, such as:

  • Processing HR/recruitment requests
  • Managing activity and updates on their HR system (WorkDay)
  • Running reports and providing data for payroll
  • Creating HR documents (offer letters, leavers, promotions etc.)
  • Undertaking research/helping with HR projects (employment legislation, rolling out new terms and conditions etc.)

We are looking for someone who is exceptionally well organised, but also very confident speaking to all levels of people as this position requires you to be very proactive and engaged with stakeholders.  You will ideally possess good general IT skills, including MS Excel, and as previously mentioned, you will need some previous HR experience.

We're looking for someone upbeat, positive and likeable - much like the HR Manager you'll be working with!  We don;t need bags of experience, but at least 12 months in a similar role is essential as the HR Manager has said she won't have a lot of time to handhold you in this role, but will be very happy to provide some training to help get you up to speed.
