Headline: Do you enjoy working in a team? Providing the best customer support and technical support is key with this role.

Location: Leicester

Salary: up to 19.5k

Ideal Candidate: You will have a passion for technology and have excellent communication skills.


What the role will entail?

You will be:

  • Providing technical support and advice internally via the telephone and email
  • Undertaking fault finding on technical issues
  • Escalating findings as appropriate

You will have a passion for building internal relationships, as well as having excellent customer service skills in order to advise customers about incidents and service. You will need to demonstrate that you are able to prioritise your workload, and demonstrate initiative.

The following would be desirable:

  • Familiarity with service desk technology solutions, alongside printers and mobile devices
  • Practical working knowledge of windows 7 and 10, as well as a strong grasp of Office 2010, Office 2016 and modern internet browsers.
