Salary: £40 - £50k + 28 days holiday + Perkbox
Ideal Candidate: An experienced DevOps practitioner with knowledge of the Phoenix Project. You will have experience in networking, configuration management and provisioning tools, you will be influential in the next generation of this company’s stack, so experience of such responsibility will be advantageous.

All whilst using the latest tech and cloud services to become a successful tech company. Attitude is a massively important factor, they are looking for people who are passionate and enthusiastic no matter whether they are working independently or collaboratively.
What will you be doing?
In short, this SaaS software house is looking to undergo a variety of projects, the first being a migration of their private cloud into AWS. You will help to split the stack and migrate into AWS, hence this project being more than just a ‘lift and shift’.
You will come with a strong DevOps culture and will have knowledge of the Phoenix Project. You will be joining 3 DevOps personnel, in this growing team you will add your dimension of knowledge, employing automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform in CSP environments like AWS or Google Cloud Platform. This company are very heavy on Infrastructure as code as part of their ethos.
As this company has many projects on the horizon, you will get the opportunity to strengthen your skills through different projects. Some include, migrating their Containers architecture to Kubernetes, in either AWS OR GCP, employing new monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana and getting the opportunity to develop automation tools in Python and Bash. This company work in a Linux, Centos environment so experience in this stack will help.
