You’re a PHP Developer in demand, I get it.
Why bother moving on? Maybe, you’re satisfied in your job, you’re on a comfortable salary, you get some remote working, you know what, maybe everything is perfect?
But here’s the thing about ‘perfect’…
Are you being challenged like you were when you entered your role?
Are you truly growing now that you’re only maintaining developed products?
Being comfortable is great but do you feel the same level of enthusiasm as you did when you first started as a developer?
If you answered ‘no’ to any of those questions, let’s talk about this one. Can’t hurt, can it?
Simply put, you will be working on a product that provides a video-diagnosis software solution to automotive industry engineers. IF you’re into cars, you’ll appreciate the top name brands this company deliver their video software solutions to.
You’ll be sitting on a salary of up to £40k, you’ll get 2-3 days with your feet up, working from home and that’s just the start. There’s more to being a developer than just the perks and the money, and they know that. Which is why, when you’re in the office with your team, you’ll also have a place where your enthusiasm is matched with company ambition.
Now. you didn’t sign up as a PHP Developer to stroke egos and simply maintain a product. Which is why, you’ll be encouraged to let your ideas flow here and innovate in a way that benefits your credentials as a developer and adds value to this business.
Everyone has a plethora of ideas; the difficulty is transforming them into projects.
This will be your challenge; being instrumental in the preservation of this product through your knack for PHP (specifically Laravel) and front-end technologies, while having real authority to fashion and build fresh features to reshape their software.
Now, there’s a catch with all this, and it might put off some amazing devs, but I’ve got to chuck it in there (sorry).
As you’ve probably already gathered, this is a role that’ll involve guiding teams and portraying ideas so if you’re not comfortable with communicating, or you prefer to chill with your headphones on, you’ll probably be a bit uncomfortable here.
So how ‘bout it? Fancy something better than just ‘comfortable’?
Pop your CV over. Let’s talk.
