You’ve got experience in the industry already, helping a gaming company push their franchises, be it through the commercial side of the business or the marketing side. You’ve had experience in planning and managing a franchises life cycle and are looking for that again. If this sounds like you, then read on!
This games publisher has a wealth of well-known franchises which they are hoping to develop a long-term road map for. Their franchises have made a splash with their first few titles and they are looking to capitalize and forge them into mainstays of the industry.
They are building a community, not only with their games, but with their employees as well. They offer multiple social clubs as well as different perks and benefits to help each new employee feel welcome.
Working with both the marketing and commercial teams, you’ll manage the different approaches with each franchise, helping to push them to the next step. With these strategies, you’ll adapt them as they develop. You will guide the other members of your team to reach the different commercial objectives laid out and communicate with stakeholders quarterly about your progress.
