Ideal Candidate: You will have commercial experience using SQL and troubleshooting software/application issues on a 1st/2nd line level. Basic querying and pulling tables together to find answers to problems will be something you have done in the past.
Overview of the role!
I am on the lookout for a service desk/ application/ support analyst who can bring database/programming skills to the heart of the infrastructure and support operation. Using basic querying methods, you will be answering problems and updating records where necessary to resolve client’s requests.
This position would suit someone who has their eye on progressing into a development role. This company have a proven track record of promoting individuals into different (mutually agreed) teams. If you have a strong passion for programming languages, feel excited when applying for this role as your enthusiasm may lead you into a position where you will be using the latest Cloud technologies and picking up on some of the latest skills!
