Headline:  Looking to make a difference in your job role? I am currently recruiting for  1st line Customer Support Role. The company that I am currently recruiting for will offer you a more people orientated take, as this position may require travel within and potentially out the UK to visit customers.


Location:  They are based in Nottingham City Centre, therefore they are easily commutable from the East Midlands, and are close to the train station.

Salary:  25-30k

Ideal candidate:

  • Within this role you will be working as part of a team within a support desk, undertaking responsibility for responding promptly and effectively to customer queries, helping with increasing customer satisfaction as well as retention.
  • Its an interesting post as you will have to learn and become an expert in their product lines and have strong enough communication skills to have the ability to add support to the field based team.
  • As well as this you will also be offering analytical support/advice/training to customers who have bought their bespoke products either via the phone or online. You will take responsibility of logging these issues, resolve requirements when able and suggest further action if required.
  • It is key that you are an organised individual who is dynamic and proactive, having the ability and confidence to challenge both the client and internal thinking when required.

The following are desirable:

  • Understanding of HES data
  • Understanding of the NHS


It is essential with this role that you have a full driving licence and are open to travel.
