OK, firstly that won’t be your job title. It was a shameless attempt to grab your attention. I apologise. Anyway, let’s get on with the good stuff…
Rebel eh? What’s that all about?
So, we’re Rebel. The best darn digital and tech recruitment company you’ve almost definitely never heard of! In a nutshell, we’re a young, growing and vibrant team who offer recruitment services to the tech community in the East Midlands (and increasingly beyond). We are looking for new graduates to join us as trainee ‘360 degree recruiters’ (Google it!) as we look to grow and open up new markets to our special brand of recruitment awesomeness!
The job with us is simple. You’ll help Rebel expand by signing up new employers to our services whilst developing your own specialist candidate networks. You’ll get paid handsome bonuses and will work with a best-in-class team of positive, ambitious and ethical recruiters who work very collaboratively (and very hard!) to achieve amazing outcomes for themselves and their customers!
If you’ve not looked into being a recruitment consultant before, it’s worth doing a little research before applying. There’s always a lot of graduate recruitment roles advertised as each recruitment company is looking for their next golden nugget. Most online sources will tell you that the job is financially rewarding, dynamic and hard work. That’s all pretty much correct. What they don’t tell you is that what makes a good recruiter is not always stuff that you have even thought that much about. Things like having an iron will, ridiculous levels of drive, an ability to deliver what you promise...and taking failures personally!
We are also open to people of graduate calibre, without necessarily having a degree. It’s intelligence, ambition and drive that’s important to us, not your certifications! Having IT experience isn’t essential as full support and training is given.
We have a track record in taking talented and motivated graduates and helping them to progress their careers and lives to levels they didn’t know were possible. We have a very hands-on training culture, so experience isn’t needed, though previous sales, customer service or B2B work experience would be very useful.
Our graduate recruiter positions start at £18k with performance related bonuses allowing you to earn an expected £24k - £28k in your first year with us. Thereafter we’d expect you to earn an extra £5k - £15k per year, every year for the first 2-5 years. This isn’t a dodgy pyramid scheme promise! Good recruiters are very hard to come by and even harder to create from scratch, so for the best prospects the earnings and job prospects with us are exceptional.
