Working with a company with a diverse portfolio and spectrum of projects, we’re looking for a confident automation tester at a senior level.

At a glance, you’ll need:

  • Technical skills, primarily:
    • Selenium Webdriver, C#, Angular, Specflow, API Testing, BDD, Jasmine, Teamcity, Nunit, SoapUI
    • Ideally; 3 years+ working with automation.
  • Soft skills:
    • Charisma, Leadership, Tact, Coaching/Mentoring
    • Senior Sales experience is a bonus; giving clients confidence in your solutions.

You need to be confident with Automation in C# using Selenium, as you’ll be on-site delivering strategy guidance and feedback on best practice for testing customers’ products and systems.

If you have experience designing or architecting solutions, mentoring and coaching and working collaboratively with those around you in new environments, as well as handling stakeholder expectations and gaining credibility through adding real value; then you could be a good fit.

Technically, I’m looking for someone with lots of varied testing experience. You’ll need to have incorporated automation testing into your day-to-day and have a solid understanding of Agile principles, as well as experience using open source tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium etc.

You’ll be able to use C# to write test scripts for your automation, and will have done a few other forms of testing such as non-functional, Regression, Integration, Performance, Unit, Security, Black Box etc.

Essentially, I need someone who is confident enough to help test a multitude of different products, systems and applications as clients’ and their needs change; someone who can cope with any task that gets thrown their way, or will actively seek out the knowledge (from colleagues or online/academic resources) to find a solution.

You must be a UK resident and eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
