HR Director – Education
HR Director – Recruitment
Location: Nottingham / London
Salary: £65K – £90K depending on experience and location
Are you passionate about education and possess a proven track record as a Senior HR professional? Have you worked as an HR professional within the recruitment industry previously?
Does the thought of working for a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company as their very first HR Director make you wanna scream “hell yeah!”?
(Ok, I maybe overdid it there a tad on the enthusiasm)
This company works in partnership with schools and education facilities around the UK, providing high-quality teaching and support staff on a permanent and temporary basis, ensuring their schools can deliver the best to their students, every day.
Their achievements over the last two years have allowed the company to action their growth plans ahead of schedule and open new branches across the UK, meaning more people joining and the need for new operational roles to support this growth!
Based in London or Nottingham, this HR Director role will suit a strategic thinker with the willingness to roll their sleeves up and implement the initiatives they have developed (using your well-honed skills and knowledge of HR good practice).
Whilst the company is well established, this role will involve working closely with the Operations Director, to improve and develop the current policies and procedures, so experience of working within a recruitment company would be valuable.
The HR Director will be responsible for all aspects of the people strategy and delivery. You will oversee all aspects of internal recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policy. This role gives you the opportunity to create your own effective programmes to recruit, motivate and retain personnel.
Hours of work are 9-5 Monday to Friday, so this gives an excellent opportunity to support the education sector– without having to start work at 7 am!
