Role: 2x Senior C# Developer
Salary: Up to £65k plus excellent benefits, including a 35-hour week, 30 days leave + BH, medical AND dental, etc.
Location: Nottingham, hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office

The company I am recruiting for, exclusively, creates software for use in public sectors, including the police. They have a wide range of products that I’m excited to tell you about!
so, I am looking for 2 Senior full stack C# Software Engineers from a product house background, who has experience seeing projects and products through the full SDLC (as opposed to someone from an agency background).
A ‘Software Engineering’ mentality is desirable in this role due to the nature of what you’ll be building, which needs to be best in class.
Whilst a solid technical background with C#, .Net Core upwards, SQL Server, Razor, React, JavaScript/ TypeScript, Azure, and in an Agile Scrum environment are paramount in this role, personality is the real key to success here. You’ll be an enthusiastic and ambitious person who thrives in an environment where you’ll get to suggest and implement improvements, constantly! Great processes and products are what they strive for, and you’ll love the fact that they actively encourage contributions and accountability.
Ideally, you’ll be up for some technical leadership or mentoring others in the team, as this is a senior-level role, knowledge sharing is high on their agenda!
The team is full of friendly, intelligent, and technically astute people who love to have a good time at work and who have opinions on technical topics, so the ability to hold your own in a technical conversation, whilst being respectful and open-minded, is going to be very useful for you here!
