Location: Hybrid – travel into Nottinghamshire every couple of weeks or so
Package: £45k + £25k commission (Uncapped) + car/allowance

If you’re an experienced sales professional, who has some experience in waste or facilities management, then we really want to hear from you
You’ll be someone who loves building relationships with customers and getting a deal over the line.
You’ll be a new business hunter, great at breaking into new prospects through effective and consistent BD activity. You’ll work directly with the Head of Sales, who is an expert in waste management – so you will be able to take mentorship from the best (should you need it!).
As well as a basic salary of up to £45k (DOE), there is a target commission of £25k for the first year, which is a more than real achievement. Earnings are uncapped because they really want you to thrive and succeed in earning much more than this in year 2 onwards!
You’ll also enjoy a company car/allowance, hybrid working, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays and much more! There is also plenty of progressions available as there are major growth plans, so if you want to progress this opportunity is well worth considering.
