Role: Head of Sales
Location: Bristol (Hybrid)
Salary: £80k – £100k
You’ve been in this game for a while now.
MSPs, IT Vendors, IT Solutions, you name it, you’ve been there.
Training and coaching others come naturally to you and sharing your wisdom along the way.
But now, something’s missing.
Maybe you’re a bit bored and you’re not feeling particularly challenged anymore.
Well. I’m working with a small (but growing!) IT Managed Service Provider who is looking for an experienced Business Development/Sales Leader to help the business meet its growth plans, whether you’re an ambitious Manager looking to step up, or you’re looking to join a smaller business where you’ll have a greater impact, this challenge might be for you!
You’ll need to have a strong background in IT service delivery and be experienced in implementing successful commercial strategies, using those skills to help this business grow within the public sector and transform its client base from a mainly SMB to an Enterprise focus!
In return, you can expect to grow and manage a fantastic team and see yourself on the board of Directors, along with owning your very own stake in the business.
You’ll be using your already extensive network in IT to drive new business opportunities and you’ll be maximising opportunity within existing accounts, coordinating with marketing and other teams in the business to get high-value deals over the line.
In terms of requirements for this role, they are looking for:
– Several years of experience selling IT services to the public/private sector
– Successful track record of developing and delivering on commercial growth strategies
– Management/mentorship of a sales team and quota
– Experience operating within the public sector and winning tenders
