Role:  Customer Success Manager

Location:  Shoreditch ” Hybrid ” No less than 3 days/week in the office

Salary:  £40k – £50k + Bonus

You’ve been in Customer Success for a few years now.

Solving problems, ensuring retention, meeting evolving requirements and coordinating internally. You love all of this!

But something’s not quite right.

Perhaps you’re bored. Perhaps you’re looking for a more exciting product, maybe you need to be inspired by a new company that will challenge and develop your skills further.

Well.

I’m working with a tech start-up in Psychometric assessments, established in 2020 they have grown to a team of 35 with ambitious growth plans moving forward, and a real drive to take this tech to market.

They’ve partnered with one of the worlds-leading psychometric assessment providers to deliver real value to their customers, as well as their in-house psychologist team developing their product offering; helping organisations globally transform how they hire, including the likes of Deloitte, Unilever, and Volkswagen.

With the impressive growth of their customer portfolio, comes the inevitable need for a talented Customer Success Manager” and this is where you come in!

But this is no basic CSM role, this is their first ever dedicated CSM, so, you’ll be joining a business with no existing CSM procedures or processes, and you’ll be in a position to transform their way of working, using your experience and initiative to advise on best practice.

You’ll need to be a go-getter, who’s not afraid of working independently whilst you build your team, and you’ll need to be a future leader because you’ll be the one heading up this whole department! Exciting, right?!

In the initial instance, you’ll be rolling out an engagement strategy for your customers, establishing and building long-lasting relationships and ensuring their needs are met; always looking for opportunities to upsell/cross-sell, maximising revenue.

To be considered, you’ll need to have:

Successful track record in CS roles ” 3 years minimum experience

✊  Drive to grow and lead a department.

✊  Interest in the tech and the value it delivers.

✊  Great work ethic and is a go-getter.

Based in Shoreditch and looking to have the team in the office no less than 3 days a week, they’re paying up to £50k basic + quarterly bonus, with fast routes to progression and greater earnings.
