Role: IT Support Analyst
Location: Newark
Salary: Up to 30k (potentially higher for the right candidate) plus bonus

You will be working for a company that has been around for over ten years and has grown and developed during this time. They are an open and progressive place to work, so you won’t be hampered by red tape as you develop and improve processes.
You will be reporting into the Head of IT in a role where you will need to show a positive, can-do attitude. There will be things that you don’t know but you will be given the opportunity to learn, and training will be provided to support you. You will need to be personable and great with people as they are a smaller business and require people who are prepared to work as a team, roll up their sleeves and get stuck in!
You will be dealing with approximately 200 tickets a month. Most of these will be simple fixes, but some will be more challenging and will test you.
What you need:
- An understanding of how to install, update and maintain Windows 10 on client machines
- Understanding of server software and technologies
- Ability to manage and update active directory on prem and in azure
- Fluency in office 365 user administration
- Good understanding of back up best practices.
