Role: UX Designer

Location: Nottinghamshire / London (Hybrid)  1 day per week in the office.

Package: Up to £50k, with slight wriggle room for the right candidate!

Are you ready to create exciting, engaging user experiences across the online and offline functions for one of the UK’s most loved household retail brands?

This is a great opportunity for you to join a business who are growing rapidly and that are aspiring to become the best in the business. They have already grown significantly over the last few years despite being a large, mature business.

A few years ago their digital team didn’t exist but they have quickly become a key function in the business and they need you to help them continue to grow!

In this role, you will be responsible for optimising the user experience to help increase conversions and improve the usability on their website.

You’ll need to be an expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag manager and user testing tools, and will be responsible for all stages of UX design from concept to launch, so you will need to be proficient in prototyping tools such as; Adobe XD or Sketch.

You will be joining a highly diverse team, with a friendly, renowned culture. They are a growing team who strives for teamwork, so you will need to enjoy working with a range of colleagues.

As well as a salary of up to £50k, they are offering an excellent benefits package, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, a generous pension scheme and flexible working.

They are looking for someone to work hybrid, so you’ll be based in their London or Nottinghamshire office once per week.
