Role: IT Support Analyst

This company are part of a huge wider group of companies who are growing fast. Your role is to be the on-site IT person for the company, ensuring that the IT systems (everything from desktops, laptops, printers, software etc.) allow them to carry out their roles efficiently.
You will be the main port of call for all technical faults, you will be dealing with colleagues that have varied technical ability, so you must be a great communicator who is able to translate technical talk into more basic terms.
You will be forward thinking and proactive, you’ll want to resolve faults before they’ve happened, and you’ll do that by thinking outside of the box.
You’ll ideally have a couple of year’s experience in a similar hands-on IT role. You’ll be passionate for IT and have the desire to progress, as there is plenty of opportunity to grow and move upwards through this company.
You will need to be highly proficient in the Microsoft world, including MS Office 365, Windows 10/11 and Active Directory.
The key areas you will be focused on are:
‘” End user hardware & software (provisioning & troubleshooting)
‘” Processing new user, mover & leaver processes from start to finish
‘” Adhering to ISO27001 processes
‘” Manning the IT ticketing system, to ensure issues are logged and resolved timely and efficiently
‘” Providing technical support of the companies IT system, including: laptops, applications, servers and networks
As well as a salary of up to 30k, you’ll be entitled to 25 days annual leave, a generous pension scheme and an annual incentive plan. You can also buy up to 10 extra days holiday!
