Salary: Up to £45k + double OTE (uncapped)

Location: Guildford office, remote working

You’ve been in this space for a few years now, and you’ve reaped the financial rewards.

Consulting with prospects and providing the best solutions to meet their needs, is what you do.

But something isn’t quite right.

Perhaps it’s the environment, maybe it’s the product – but you’re now looking for something with a bigger purpose, somewhere you can progress and develop for years to come.

Well, I’m working with a multinational company solving talent challenges across the world. They’re helping to shape our future leaders by designing and delivering the most prestigious talent management, assessment, and development solutions for companies, large and small.

As a BDM, your time will be split between managing existing accounts and winning new business, so whilst you need to be proactive in generating new opportunities, you’ll be exercising your relationship management skills with your current customers, too!

Their marketing team will give you a helping hand in pushing leads your way, and you’ll be responsible for deeply qualifying a prospect’s requirements and understanding their challenges around talent management, matching back relevant tools from their vast portfolio of solutions.

With their investment and dedication to individual development, you can expect to progress up the ranks to grow further in your career; their current Head of Business Development started out as a Client Partner and many other BDEs and BDMs have progressed along the way.

To be a part of the fun, you’ll need at least:

  • 2-3 years experience in consultative sales
  • Industry experience in HR/talent management space
  • Experience and skills in writing tenders and proposals

Salary-wise, they’re looking to pay up to £45k basic, but will stretch further for the best, so, if you’re looking for slightly above that, still apply, it will be worth a chat! OTE wise you can expect to earn around £70k to £80k, and this is uncapped, so go forth and make money!

Their HQ is in Guildford, however, they’re super flexible when it comes to remote working and as long as you can travel to the office once a month, and for ad-hoc offsite meetings with clients, you’ll be grand!
