Role – Business Analyst
Location – Leicester, hybrid working – 3 days per week in the office.
Package – Up to 45k

They have a multi-million-pound investment into their IT department and are keen to say front runners with using new technologies and staying at the forefront of technology. You will be joining a team of a number of business analysts, so there will be the opportunity to learn and develop with others.
Are you fed up with moving from product to product and would like the opportunity to specialise within a certain field? Then this could be the role for you. They have restructured the way that BAs operate and have created domains in the business to allow you to take ownership of the area that you work in.
You will perform detailed business and process/systems analysis, and document functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories in Jira/Confluence, so you must have worked with this software previously.
If you are a shrinking violet, this isn’t the role for you as you will be dealing with a variety of people across the team from developers to the scrum master to ensure the team understand underlying requirements to ensure business requirements are met. Collaboration is key, as you will be joining a small team and self-motivation is a must.
If you have worked with software before this will be an advantage, however, it is nice to have and if you have experience within other fields, they will still consider you, so don’t let this put you off. You will have a passion for complex problem solving and you will have the ability to learn new skills quicker than you can say, business analyst!!!
