Want to work with an award-winning, renewable tech business? Do you possess experience of working with an external IT partner to develop and implement IT and security processes at a growing business?
Say no more, I’ve got you.
We’re currently working with an analytics and insights company that provide services to clients across 30 different countries. With 7 global office and 10 patents, the company are globally renown as a leader within their niche of sustainable technology.
They’re looking for an IT-Coordinator to join their Nottingham office and join their cyber security team. The role is stand alone, so they want someone who’s been in the game for a few years, and are used to managing and organise their own workload.
You’ll be reporting into the Head of Cyber Security, implementing security measures that protect the corporate network, as well as contributing to wider business objectives. As well as identifying and terminating security threats, you’ll also:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the company’s external MSP.
- Coordinate IT purchasing.
- Assist and plan IT initiatives and advise strategic recommendations to members of management.
- Develop and train employees in security and awareness.
The right candidate would ideally have come from a similar role in an SME business, preferably one with a global outreach and demographic. It’s a no-brainer, but you should clearly understand IT management systems and processes for this role. Aside from this, if you’ve got some experience using Linux, this would be a bonus.
The role is paying up to around £50K for the right candidate, with additional benefits as part of your package.
We welcome diverse applicants and are dedicated to treating all applicants with dignity and respect, regardless of background.
