Role: CRM Project Manager
Location: Hybrid, two day a week in Coventry
Salary: Between £30-50k
Are you a Project Manager with a background in configuring or developing CRMs or software systems? Do you have the perfect blend of technical, analytical and relationship competencies and good attention to detail to join a team that researches, selects and implements Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for clients across the country.
This role is perfect for someone who has a project management background! We are looking for people who have experience in configuring or developing CRMs or software systems. Specifically, for someone who has managed and lead CRM implementation projects, acting as the key client-facing representative throughout the project or relationship lifecycle. This will include leading clients through discovery, project planning, design, implementation, testing, training, roll out and ongoing support.
This role is based in Coventry on a hybrid model however we would consider someone further afield. You’ll be working with a great team with some of the best technical minds in the local area who are there to help you service clients’ needs with your help.
