They trust their people to get stuff done, and this is reflected in their remote working policy: they have ‘work from anywhere’ time for you to go wherever in the world on a working break if you fancy it!
Being the first in-house Salesforce developer, you’ll initially be working alongside their outsourced partner, being fully hands-on technically, and then, as time goes on, you’ll build a team around you so you’ll be able to fully migrate away from the external supplier.
Tech-wise, you’ll be using Marketing Cloud, Lightning Platform (including Pardot), Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, Apex, Controllers, Triggers, APIs, MuleSoft (and other iPaaS providers), NetSuite, ZAB, etc.
