Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Chorley

Salary: Up to £26-£35k, depending on experience

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on dynamo used to the fast-paced life of a busy help desk. Join a tight-knit team and dive right in. You’ll be the lifeline for over 700 users, tackling a wide range of issues daily.

From resetting passwords to navigating SharePoint and fixing broken laptops, you’ll handle it all. Got some cloud experience? Awesome. We’re moving towards a cloud-first approach, though we still have a few servers on-site.

Your communication skills will be your superpower here. You’ll be the company’s voice, so how you handle interactions is crucial. You’ll need to bring empathy and patience, especially when dealing with less tech-savvy users.
