Role: Support Analyst
Location: Mansfield, office based
Salary: Up to £25K

You’ll be eager to make a difference and have prior experience working on a busy help desk. Since you will be supporting various sites, strong communication skills are essential as you will need to adapt to different working environments.

The team is closely-knit, offering each other support as and when needed.
What they are looking for:
- Experience with setting up and configuring hardware.
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions through AD.
- Set up and maintenance on Office 365.
