Role: Business Analyst / 12-month FTC (likely to be perm)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the Nottingham office
Salary: £33.5K – 38.5K (depending on experience) + benefits + flexitime
Requirements: Business Analyst or someone with 2-4 years experience as a project coordinator / PMO Analyst.

Working exclusively with, on behalf of, a unique, growing tech business based in Nottingham, I am looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record to join them in the company’s BA processes.
As a Business Analyst, you will be working closely with the Project Manager and assist in managing the entire project life cycle. You will also have sharp attention to detail when working with users, and different departments and gathering requirements. Your role will include daily floor-walking to meet the business, build rapport, and liaise between the business and IT on all requirements.
Having met with the Hiring Manager, they foster quite a down-to-earth, genuine working environment. This is a reputable company to work for, with a great work ethic and a genuinely big believer in professional development. I’m looking for someone that is looking for the next step in their career in Project Coordination/ Management and would enjoy working on a mix of Business Transformation projects and IT Projects.
The ideal applicant would be someone who has recently graduated from university and is also Prince2 certified. I’m looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who has the confidence to work in a client-facing role, on top of all this you’d also need to be super organised! As a Business Analyst, you will be offered a base salary of between £33.5K – £38.5K, depending on your experience. There is also an opportunity for this fixed-term contract position to become a permanent role too.
