Role: Senior Software Engineer – TypeScript, AWS
Location: Leicestershire. Hybrid working model of 1-2 days per week in the office
Salary: up to £75k plus bonus and benefits

For you, best practices around software engineering and cloud engineering is your de facto way of doing things: you can turn your hand to whatever problem you encounter because you have the fundamentals down to a tee.
Experience-wise, you will have been in a large company and worked at an enterprise level: knowing what needs doing and working with large groups of people to get that stuff done. You’ve proven you are great at Software Engineering- you have the fundamentals down- and want to bring this knowledge, experience, and passion to the table in a new environment with people who will benefit massively from it.
You have mentored some junior devs and love seeing them learn new things!
You will be a senior member of the team of around 7(ish) people, using React, Node, TypeScript, and AWS, mainly. You will have a daily stand-up at 9:45 am, review tickets and upcoming features with the team, maybe do some paired programming sessions, and then get involved in architectural discussions. It’s a varied role that will see you getting involved in lots of different activities: using your existing skills and learning new ones.
As mentioned earlier, their offices are based in Leicestershire with a hybrid working model of 1-2 days per week in the office, the rest is working from home. They can be flexible on this, so if everything is right for you except for this, please still get in touch and highlight that to me!
