IT Project Manager
Location: Nottingham – Hybrid, 3 days a week in either North or South Notts, 2 days a week from home
Salary: Up to 45k + generous pension, 25 days holiday, flexible working
We’re looking for a project manager with requirements analysis experience who has delivered a wide range of IT projects on behalf of a rapidly changing company with big IT plans in Nottingham!
With some project management roles, you’ll take a lovely brief prepared by a team of BAs, before you crack on and deliver the project.
That won’t be happening here!
This company is undergoing rapid and ambitious IT change, and there is just too much work for their existing PM, so they are looking for another PM to join them in what will be a multifaceted IT PM role, where a large part will involve business analysis and requirement gathering.
As this is a brand-new role, this is a great opportunity to make the position your own – you will be working alongside the other senior MM who will largely leave you to your own devices to deliver small-medium sized projects independently.
You will take full responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget, conducting the project initiation and review meetings with various internal departments and suppliers.
Working with the IT service delivery manager you will be ensuring that the output of all the projects is transitioned seamlessly into BAU, so you will ideally have worked on IT Infrastructure projects (such as Office 365 migrations, service improvement projects and software/site upgrades).

You must have an appreciation for good practice and structured project management to be considered, especially documentation and prioritisation.
On offer is a base salary up to £45k + 6% pension contributions (from company) and 25 days holiday, with flexible working.
